Almost 25 years ago, Audace developed its very first immersive learning devices… Originally (in 1999), Audace was a global communications consultancy. The quality of her web creations led to her being approached by Arcelor-Mittal. The steel industry leader is looking for a service provider to produce educational animations dedicated to training in industrial processes.
Challenged by this demanding customer, Audace took part in the emergence of a new professional training modality, digital learning, by designing e-learning modules, serious games… and the very first simulators (on screen, then in 360\u00b0 screen cabins, and finally in VR)! This is how a customer’s confidence in our ability to adapt and innovate made Audace a pioneer in immersive learning. Based in Douvrin (62), south of Lille, Audace Digital Learning has been creating digital training solutions for 25 years (e-learning modules, serious games, simulation tools, simulators).<\/p>\n

Thanks to a strong RD policy, Audace Digital Learning is at the forefront of immersive learning (augmented reality, virtual reality, mixed reality). The agency controls the entire value chain in digital learning. Its diverse skill set enables it to create creative and varied digital training programs and collaborate with numerous large national and international corporations (Bridgestone, Naval Group, Orano, SNCF, TotalEnergies, etc.).<\/p>\n

Your Role: Immersive Learning and Web Production Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n

You will be the maestro of exciting projects that blend creativity with cutting-edge technology. Under the guidance of the Managing Director, you will be responsible for successfully leading your team’s projects, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to quality standards. Your technical expertise will be crucial for overseeing the production of serious games, VR\/AR simulation tools, and simulators. Additionally, as a member of the Operations Committee, you will help define the company’s strategic action plans and ensure their alignment. <\/p>\n

Your challenges :<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Manage a team of 12 people (10 in real-time and 2 in Web, including 5 project managers)<\/li>\n
  • Ensure operational excellence and the continuous development of the team, with a focus on technical innovation.<\/li>\n
  • Supervise the project managers and validate the software architectures<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate the production schedule and ensure rigorous project tracking<\/li>\n
  • Strengthen and lead the quality management system to achieve ISO 9001 certification<\/li>\n
  • Be the primary point of contact for the sales team (assisting with budget estimates, validating technical proposals, and leading kick-off meetings)<\/li>\n
  • Directly manage certain projects<\/li>\n
  • Actively participate in the Operations Committee, influencing strategic decisions and ensuring alignment with the company’s actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Generalist engineer or computer scientist.<\/li>\n
