To guarantee the satisfaction of its 11 million customers, it is crucial to properly <strong>manage the complaints processing process<\/strong>: from their identification to the relevant response including possible compensation.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8eb5545 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"8eb5545\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">A gamified training for handling complaints<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-993800f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"993800f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>To ensure the teams&#8217; complete mastery of the complaints handling process, GRDF collaborated with Audace to create a <strong>gamified training <\/strong>on the subject.<\/p>\n<p>The e-learning system is organized into<strong> three modules<\/strong>: <strong>complaints, analysis and response, and compensation<\/strong>. Each module lasts 20 minutes. The labyrinth represents the complaints process; the thread of Ariadne is the tool the learner acquires to guide the customer through this maze. Symbolically, defeating the Minotaur represents the <strong>effective analysis and response to complaints<\/strong>, while the treasure at the heart of the labyrinth symbolizes the compensation the customer receives after proper handling of their complaint.<strong> The scenario illustrates the complexity of managing complaints<\/strong>, reminding that each request is a journey in itself.   <\/p>\n<p>This training provides employees with the keys to <strong>effectively handle complaints<\/strong>.
